The company's maintenance procedures are conducted In accordance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) system at our fully equipped, licensed maintenance and overhaul facilities at Bankstown and Warnervale, NSW. As well as maintaining the company fleet of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, Aero Support also services select outside clientele including Consolidated Press helicopters, and is authorised to service aircraft operated by the NSW Police Air Wing.

Workshop facilities are structured to enable maintenance to be carried out on a 24-hour basis in emergency and high load situations to eliminate unnecessary aircraft downtime.

Aero Support and Hell-Muster are CASA approved to conduct the following maintenance:

- Periodic and major inspections
- Engine and component inspection, overhaul and installation
- Radio and component Inspection, overhaul and installation
- Electrical system and component inspection, overhaul and installation
- Instrument system component inspection, overhaul and installation
- Non-destructive testing

Bankstown Avionics Pty Ltd at Bankstown Airport is the company's fully equipped and licensed radio and avionics maintenance and overhaul facility. As well as servicing our own fleet of rotary and fixed wing aircraft, Bankstown Avionics also conducts outside sales, installations and maintenance as an independent operation.

Bankstown Avionics is CASA approved to conduct the following maintenance:

- Sales, service and installation
- Bench repairs - Comms, Navs, Transponders
- Scheduled and nonscheduled ADs
- Periodic inspections
- Radio and intercom system and component inspection, overhaul and installation
- IFR and general avionics instruments inspection, overhaul and installation
- Garmin GPS Agency
